Guest speaker:  Rabbi Peter Grumbacher

Rabbi Peter Grumbacher will speak on, “Sharing the Silence: The Son of a Survivor Tells His Father’s Story”

Rabbi Grumbacher served Congregation Beth Emeth for thirty seven years. In the fifteen years since he retired he has been Interim Rabbi in four congregations. Over the years he has delivered the story of his father around the country.  He was Chair of Delaware’s Human Relations Commission and Chair of the Delaware Region, National Conference of Christians and Jews. Married to Suzy for almost fifty-five years they have three children and six grandchildren from 21 years of age to 4 years. 

Candle-lighting ceremony and attendees will receive a Holocaust memorial candle to take home, too. Thanks to Ken and Mindy Sosner for donating the candles.
